Shipping & Processing Times

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days.

This includes:

2 to 3 business days for order processing
3 to 5 business days for FedEx Ground shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders that include custom components may require additional processing time.

If you would like an estimated processing time for a custom order, please contact our customer service team at cx@balloonin.com.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few additional days. If your order will experience a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

FedEx Ground
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

FedEx 2-Day
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days

FedEx Standard Overnight
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days

Important

Overnight shipping is only available for delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.


Delivery Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Balloonin.com ships to addresses within the United States, but does not ship to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Balloonin.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Balloonin.com is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as carriers may require this documentation.
